UUS77 Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and uus77 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, gaming products, and features available on the uus77 platform, whether accessed via website, mobile app, or any other digital medium provided by uus77.

By registering as a member, logging into your account, making any deposit, or using any uus77 service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are also incorporated as part of this agreement.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the uus77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Uus77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to not meet the eligibility requirements may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

3 Registration & Account

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on the uus77 platform at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in all accounts being terminated and balances confiscated.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and mobile number. All such information is subject to a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

• Account passwords are the member's sole responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the uus77 support team immediately.
• Uus77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use caused by a member's own negligence.
• Account information must be kept up to date whenever changes occur. Failure to do so may cause delays in withdrawal processing.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Uus77 supports a wide range of secure and convenient payment methods for members in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other digital payment methods available on the platform.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Uus77 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any transaction deemed unusual or requiring additional verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or via the same method as the original deposit, subject to compliance with bonus wagering requirements (if applicable).
• Any attempt to process payments using unauthorised or deceptive methods will result in immediate account suspension.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Uus77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each respective promotion.

• Wagering requirements for any bonus received must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used for gameplay on the uus77 platform and cannot be transferred or directly exchanged for cash.
• Uus77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• In the event of a conflict between a displayed promotion and these general terms, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.
• Uus77 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or system exploitation.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the uus77 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure the fairness and integrity of every game outcome. There is no manual interference in any game result.

• Game results finalised by the system are conclusive and cannot be altered.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, uus77 will use system records to determine a fair outcome. If the outcome cannot be determined, the relevant bet will be voided and the funds returned.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• For Live Casino games, the table rules set by the dealer and game manager are final.

7 Member Conduct

Uus77 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. As such, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uus77 platform:

• Use of abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at other members or uus77 staff.
• Attempting to coordinate or collude with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification, or provision of misleading information to uus77.
• Exploiting system bugs or technical errors to gain undue advantage. Any winnings obtained in this manner are invalid and will be voided.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions conducted through the uus77 platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination, voiding of winnings, and legal action where necessary.

8 Security & Privacy

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, uus77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or betting.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Data loss resulting from the member's device failure or internet connection issues.
• Actions or decisions taken based on information obtained from the uus77 platform.

The maximum total liability of uus77 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination

Members may close their uus77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all bonus wagering requirements have been met and all pending withdrawals have been processed.

Uus77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Member failed to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Information provided during registration was found to be false or misleading.
• A directive has been received from the relevant authorities.

If an account is terminated due to a violation, uus77 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending an ongoing investigation.

11 Amendments to Terms

Uus77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or a notice posted on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances.

Continued use of the uus77 platform after the effective date of any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

12 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to remain in full force and effect.
